Gaming ... Full On...

The last two days have been total AWESOMENESS. I went to my friend Shaurya's place where another friend of mine Mayank was also gonna show up. The main purpose of this hangout was that Mayank's parent allowed him to come to Shaurya's place like after a couple of years. The last hangout with him was on Shaurya's b'day but he didn't go to his house but just came with us to Blue-O.
That's not all, i even planned on having a sleep over at Shaurya's. We all had a great time together even though what all we did was just gaming.
So the story starts at 10 in the morning...
Niranjan had just finished his breakfast and was getting changing his clothes when he heard a quarrel between his mom and dad.
'You have to do this! You have to do that!' his mom tried to say to her husband but when a person is living with someone for 13 years you know if they are angry or not. There was a pinch of anger in the introductory comments which were blurted out by his mom.
'Ha!!! I'll do it! {blah blah blah}' came a reply from his father who was still searching classical music on YouTube. After some irritated comments from the mother the pinch of anger changed to an overdose. But Niranjan knew how to break these fights and also how to escape. 'Practice makes a man perfect'! The boy had 13 years of practice and had perfected the art of Quarreling.
"Dad! i am leaving! I'll catch an auto nearby." Niranjan pushed his bag up his arms as he went towards the door.
"I'll come!" Niranjan heard as his father quickly shut down his laptop and followed his son down the stairs and to the main road.
'Mission Accomplished' thought Niranjan. He had successfully stopped the fight by making his father leave the fight which would have soon changed to - "Okay. Then i'll resign my job and sit at home and do all this work" which were now very common terms in such fights.
After getting into an auto Niranjan quickly put on his headphones and turned on "How to save a life" by Fray. After a while did he realize that travelling in an auto was a bad idea. As autos have no windows and doors the cold breeze hit directly on his face freezing him to death. He then looked at the rickshaw driver who had covered his entire and you could only see his black eyes which were constantly closing as if he hadn't slept for a long time.
After paying the sleepy rickshaw-walla who had safely dropped Niranjan to his friend's place he kept his bag on a bad and quickly sat in front of the heater till the numbness in his cheeks was gone. Then he with Shaurya went to pick up Mayank from the railway station which wasn't far away.
The day started with playing Halo 4 on his Xbox 360 which wasn't that great for Niranjan as what all he could do was respawn and die the next second.

See the photo?! Niranjan's case was the same. It was just that the red guy over there was a guy name KingPir and he was kicking Hellfire1815's (the gaming name with which he was playing)ass. Shaurya was good and Mayank did better than anyone expected. Halo 4 turned out to be a mess then everyone got bored of it and turned to playing this card game called Duel Masters.
Duel Masters was something in which Niranjan had expertise and never backed off. Intially the three of them played 2 - 3 matches in which Niranjan almost won all. Then it was Lunch time where they ate delicious aloo sabzi and chole with stuffed roti.
Shaurya always used to talk about this gaming arena called Game On where they could go and play so by 2 they left the house and marched towards Game On. Even though they are boys in this generations who doesn't gossip so on their tiring way to Game On they talked/gossiped.
Game On wasn't such a big place. When you enter you can see 3 pool tables and inside is a huge room with cushion bags and about 5-10 PS3's and 1-2 Xbox's... The trio sat near a HUGE LED Sony Bravia and turned on the PS3. The manager inserted WWE 13 and then don't ask what happened. All three of them went mad trying to throw each other out of the ring and beat them up till one of their fingers hurt and they couldn't move.

After the ruthless virtual torture  they gave the the virtual wrestlers they shifted to Call Of Duty Black Ops 2 which just took them to another world. After wasting 80% of their ammunition shooting walls and the sky they found out one hour had already passed.
On the way back their talking again started due to which they had lost their way. Even Shaurya who lived there had a problem finding the way back to his place. After reaching back they again sat on the Xbox and by 5 Mayank had left. Now it was only Niranjan and Shaurya. Till 8 both just played Halo 4 till their eyes hurt.
It was dinner time and dinner was brilliant. What could be better than eating Chicken Biryani after a whole day of Full On Gaming!
After dinner Shaurya and Niranjan sat for a duel master match which turned out to be a tournament to check who was better. It was initially a 5 match tournament in which the score was 4-1 (Niranjan - Shaurya). As usual Shaurya didn't accept the loss and said it should be a 10 match tournament and when it ended it was already 11 p.m. The score was 5-5.

As it was a draw it turned to be a 20 match tournament which made both the boys stay awake till 5 a.m. By the end of the 18th round when the score was  10-8 they started having a fight on if Niranjan could do a specific move with a card. The fight turned out to be so awkward that by the end they tried to ask the doubt to the God of every such thing - Google! 4 in the morning both the 9th graders snuck into the computer room and turned on the computer. After half an hour of searching they found no results which ended up in stopping the tournament even though till now Niranjan was the winner. Both of their eyes opened only by 11 in the morning which was a quiet embarrassing. After doing the morning chores they ate breakfast and rest of the time went on watching the television. By 1 Niranjan got ready for another chilly ride back home.
                              THE END
Back home i mainly just went for tution and after i came back i sat and finished this novel called the Rozabal Line by Ashwin Sanghi. Then late at night i am blogging but like the rickshaw- walla i am feeling sleepy so Good Night and Adios!
